4. Pricing and Payment

• Pricing: All prices for our meals, delivery charges, and any additional services are listed on our Platform. We may modify pricing at any time without prior notice. 

• Payment: Payments for services are processed through secure payment gateways. By placing an order, you authorize us to charge the specified amount to your selected payment method.

• Refunds and Cancellations: If you wish to cancel or request a refund for any order, you must do so within 1 hour of placing the order. Refund requests after this period may not be eligible for a refund. Please refer to our Refund and Cancellation Policy for further details.

5. Delivery and Shipping

• Delivery Areas: Our delivery services are available in certain areas. You can check if we deliver to your location by entering your address during the checkout process.

• Delivery Time: Delivery times are estimated based on the availability of meals and your location. While we strive to deliver meals on time, we are not responsible for delays due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to weather, traffic, or delivery errors.

• Delivery Charges: Delivery fees may apply depending on your location. These fees will be clearly displayed during the checkout process.

6. User Obligations

By using our Platform and services, you agree to:
